I'm also somewhat curious about the moat in front of the castle. While I suspect it will be part of the boatride 'through' the castle, the large stage next to it makes me think they might use it for a Fantasmic!-like show, though obviously there would be height restrictions on the barges that they use

Similar, but not exactly the same. I'd give them half-credit for the effort, at least.

Honestly Tokyo and Hong Kong are both HUGELY disappointing since they are carbon copies.

At least this one is *somewhat* original.

Does look like it's leaning, though...what's up with that!?

I have no problem with the castle not havnig a specific character tied to it, since none of the castles look like the ones in their respective movies anyway. I like that this one incorporates some of the baroque features from the castle in Tangled, and looks a lot like that one (with different colors)

In the image below, it looks like there will actually be a courtyard within the castle itself, just behind the main entrance, which will be interesting. It also looks like it will have some significant indoor space, which is promising for the walkthrough attraction

ORDDU: Such a facecious coven this has become!! Still, I agree with Orwen in that I wish this castle had a specific identity that was tied to a specific fairy tale...

I'm also surprised to see that it's that close to downtown Shanghai; I was under the impression that it was much further away. I also didn't realize that they were building another huge skyscraper in the city, but that's not too surprising (it's just really tall!)

That's true, but in Paris and Orlando Disney owns enough land, which means that Anaheim will not happen again.

At this point, it looks like most of the names are placeholders (Cloud Restaurant, Flower Restaurant, Pebble Restaurant, etc), so it's odd that they would go with something that has so many connotations. I wonder if it will be a private club, like in DL and TDL, or if it will be a club only by name
