    They did tell me that we now have 50-60 applications per day for CPL's. That is 5 days per week, so well over 1,000 per month. Our CPL's are good for 5 years, so it will be intersting to find out how many folks currently have them.

    I don't see it that way..... oil policies and a raw material hungry
    imperialist Japan were far more instrumental in leading us out of the 'Great Depression'; might as well throw a bone to some ticked off key Germans hung over from WWI reparations and runaway domestic inflation too.

    FDR was a great leader no doubt but his 'New Deal' was no match for dust bowls, pissed off bonus marchers or 'over speculators'.

    I mean the TVA proved to be a sound economical experiment but that was it.

    War and war only led us out of that mess.
