I certainly have. In fact, there's even a term we have for it... "Distory". Looking beyond it's Historical flaws, it is a very well done film, in terms of art, music, and story. Its just the sickly sweet Disney adaptation of the History that puts a damper on it. But, if you expect that, it really is a fine film.

I love history (well, some of it ... studying it) ... but I turn that off when I am viewing an animated film. Pocahontas the film had very little to do with any historical characters. Might as well have been Mulan or Lilo and Stitch. But the animation and music was quite good ... and it still had a good message.
