You can't really compare the Broomsticks to the other eateries though, haha.

It isn't mine. And likely never will be, so long as EPCOT and DAK exist (we are talking just O-Town, right?).

But I would easily put IOA over MK and TPFKaTD-MGMS in entertaining me ... and I still haven't done WWoHP yet.

~So ... attendance was 'only' down two percent, yet resorts were down nine? ... Sure.~

Was that 25 minutes due to lines, lack of staffing/poor management or a combo?

The main issue I saw was that you only saw 1/3rd of the menu before you were at the register. So unless you were strictly ordering off the "adult entree" menu you had to take pause and read and decide the rest of your meal add the fact they don't serve traditional drinks (which I think is neat) transaction time was slower..

Great to see you again Phil. How's it hangin'?

I know what you mean Phil. I've been trying to get Doobie to ban that evil Spirit, and his minions of hate for years. Maybe today will be the day!

    Not around the neck, obviously!

I think Doobie likes me more than he likes you, Pierce.

And never fear, the evil Spirit is back from a wild, wacky and wonderful trip to the left coast that included two days (and one quickee 'special entrance' showing of WoC at DCA ... OK, I'll admit it ... after seeing it three times, albeit once from behind, I was like a fanboi wetting his pants as Tony Baxter walked by ... show is spectacular).

Anyhoo (does that make me sound like the suddenly loved by Disney Jim 'King of New Hampshire Witness Protection' Hill?), look for musings on what DLR is doing so right ... what needs improvement and how it all compares to WDW in a LP near you soon.

(Yes, I know I never did an observation thread after my Transatlantic Magic cruise, but this thread really will happen ... and that one might too!)

It must have grown on you, I thought you were complacent about it?

No. I just made the mistake of watching it online as well as taking some valid criticisms to heart.

    The show itself is great.

And, no, I don't want to see it at WDW. But I'd like to see them attempt something of that scale and cost again.

Yep ... know that ... and after seeing WoC and DL's Fantasmic (before Murphy went down in flames again), it just reminds me of how dated and bad WDW's version is.

As would I. Would be nice for DAK, seeing that park is dead at night.

And a terrible shame that they didn't put Squirt into the show. Would have added to the story, and would have made a great park exclusive character.

Coulda sold merch, too... But they only made a WDI Pin.

    (That I happily own. :D)

How does it feel to have an old crippled up drunken redneck rightwing whacko for a groupie? You must be proud.

By the way, I had to defend you once again over on magic in Lee's thread. You cause trouble everwhere you go. Is everybody pi**ed at you in Hollywood now after the Emmy Awards?

DAK may need something at night, but nothing like a WoC ... it needs to be on a smaller scale ... or different canvas a la the DOA RoL project.

<<And a terrible shame that they didn't put Squirt into the show. Would have added to the story, and would have made a great park exclusive character.>>

I'm not so sure. Going in, I would have agreed. But after multiple viewings of WoC, I think it stands very, very well as is!

I do too ... and I didn't pay for mine ... and I'm honestly not that impressed. I like the generic WoC pin with Tink on it much better.

I just figured out a way for you to get rich: do a Redneck Eatin For Vegans cookbook ... there may well be a huge market!

Since I respect you and enjoy your banter (even the mindless drivel!), I am very, very proud to call you a minion (groupie sounds too much like 'friends with benefits'!)

<<By the way, I had to defend you once again over on magic in Lee's thread.>>

I don't even bother lurking there anymore. Just not worth it. So why oh why did I even need defending?

<<You cause trouble everwhere you go.>>

This much is true ... which tells me I am an important Spirit :)

<<Is everybody pi**ed at you in Hollywood now after the Emmy Awards?>>

Only the same folks who were before ... you know ... royalty, moguls, execs, talent and lots of wannabes.

I'm a bit pissed myself after seeing Lost not get the Emmy love it deserved, although hanging with some of the folks behind it and cast, they seemed OK with it.

~Mad Men is VERY, VERY, VERY overrated!~
