The area its being built, and infrastructure, simply can't handle a 14-story DVC Tower and all the folks who will be staying there -- and rest assured that place will be 98% occupancy year-round. It will fundamentally change the feel/look of the area, which I think is a very bad thing. For instance, it will block views of Space Mountain and the Castle from Bay Lake, the WL and FW. I just hate it. Period. But understand there are plans, and have been, to add DVC components to EVERY deluxe on property and a few of the mods as well. Because as Walt once said 'We have all the land here to build as many timeshare units as we can dream up!'
