I'd say they definitely do a good job keeping up with it, when it happens (again though, I've NEVER experienced a "serious" snowstorm in all my 12 years in Japan compared to what I've seen in the Boston/New York area, so if it gets crazy I'm sure they'll be struggling to deal with it to say the least!).

I loves the prime rib ... had some at a Vegas buffet a few days ago. Funny how Vegas is Ground Zero for the depression we are having in the USA, but they still haven't taken prime rib off the menus. Disney must be under pressure that Vegas and a certain LPer in MA. simply are not! ;-)

One of the many trips I have had there it was 85 in the day but around 6pm the wind came in and it hit 25 in under an hour. Heartbreak
