First, there are all those OC locals, who could buy there. Next, there are all the tourists who might buy something portable like an iPod (pre-loaded with Disney or DL tracks??). Third, as trekkeruss says, Apple doesn't discount, so Apple could look at it as a showplace for all those DTD visitors (literally millions passing by every year) to be, they hope, wowed by the latest Apple gear, who might then buy it at their own local Apple store. And with the Jobs/Pixar connection... seems a natural, actually.

His friends are all the same way, they love the place. In fact, it's the best way to get him to go shopping with me, if we go to a mall with an Apple store, he can hang in there for an hour while I get what I want to, then we text each other on our iPhones and hook up for lunch. I'm not sure this would be a big draw for everyone, but if there was an Apple store in DTD, I would get to spend a lot more time there shopping elsewhere. : )

I wouldn't be terribly surprised if they had something in their sponsorship contract about not allowing other major computer companies to have a presence at DLR. I've heard that Kodak is supposedly a major reason that the Mt Fuji coaster never got built for Epcot, since they didn't want to give their competetion free advertising. Then again, Coke and Pepsi both sponsored different things in DL at the same time (both were served as well), and that never seemed to be much of an issue, so they might be able to work it out too.

Unless Fujifilm was actually going to sponsor the attraction, I do not see how the average person would look at a replica of Mt. Fuji and think of the maker of films and cameras.
