Couldn't you make the same arguement that all those WDW DVC owners spend a far greater amount of money at WDW than the entire visitor pool at DL?

Seems to me people who actually own "a piece of the world" who be far more improtant than folks at DL would hold an annual pass. Some of those DVC owners have got to be visting at least once a year. Doesn't that mean something?

The fact is WDW is run like crap, and the vast majority of the fanbase accepts and defends it using BS excuse like the one in the OP.

It is, but as I said before you're preaching to the choir.

There are what... a dozen people participating in this conversation, the same ones that participate in every conversation. So, unless venting is cartharitic for you, there really is little point in constantly pointing out the same things, negative or positive, to the same group over and over.

"To me, the opposite is also tiring to read, and the constant talking about the "Top 10 Queues" in WDW is grating."

    Exactly my point.

"I really don't see any castmembers or WDW management team members offering ANY excuses. Everything seems business as unusual at WDW."

    Precisely.

    Nope! Still not getting it!

But even then, the DVCers are not vocal about problems in the park, and put no pressure on management to fix things.

I think the theory is that DL APers are at the park more frequently -- a couple of times a month, or for some, every week.

A DVCer in WDW meanwhile would be traveling in from elsewhere, so perhaps only being there a couple of times over the course of the year.

So a local person, visiting more often, would be more vocal and persistent, while someone visiting from afar may see maintenance issues as a temporary oversight, something that will be corrected by their next visit.

    That's the theory, I think...

OK, let me rephrase. Having just experienced all of the above attractions, it was my perception that any problems weren't of such a magnitude that they diminished from the enjoyment of the attraction. I won't dispute that there may be problems there, but to me, the experienced park stormer, the problems weren't visible.

My statement is true. The vast majority of DVC guests are obviously not vocal about the maintenance issues across the park. If they were, maybe things would be different.

What's par for the course for me is I'm sick of stupid statements like the one you made..period.

We all partipate in numerous surveys per year- do we control what they do with them-- well tell me exactly how that is done ?

I have friends who have a pretty good idea.

Surveys mean nothing. Complaining at City Hall and guest services means the world.

    Really?

    You have to question it?

I thought the intent was pretty obvious!

There is a BIG problem in Orlando and the OP was addressing it. It aint no mystery bub!

    Indeed.

We have at least one on here that gives Disney a free pass all the time.

A psych would say it may be because he has spent enough money that he MUST justify the value otherwise buyer's remorse kicks in.

But it couldn't be that.......could it?
