I heard a thingy in the early 80s about how you get more than enough salt in processed foods so there is no need to salt your food. I prefer to scar my friends and family with my propensity for seasonings like curry,garlic, wasabi and hot sauce of various flavors and hotness. Whether they have their own dangerous amounts of saltiness I dunno.. so yeah: sodium bad (but so is doing a lot of stuff)
