Both can be effective but trying to do both is probably too much for the average family.

I love Disney resorts. But when the best discounted rate at a 'value resort' is $74 a night and a moderate is over $100, well, I can no longer excuse that. But if I can get a CM rate at the BLT this fall, I WILL be there.

I saw a few units at BW (a friend was there when I was and the units there are really showing their age ... from what I've heard, OKW is even worse). So, BLT is definitely the highest end DVC units ... as it should be.
