None of that unnecessary chatter like we get from Spirit all the time.

So you would think that they would hold off loading the Stretch room for a bit but no...the CM kept yelling at us to move forward and fill in all the space. We slowly loved forward and got out of the room just as the second room started to unload (or not) into the ride queue. The doors behind us closed and a few minutes later the room we just exited was exiting again. It was really bad show and very unsafe. Several guests grabbed their small children and used the chicken exit because even an untrained eye could see that it was a bad situation. People kept pushing forward and the Stretch Rooms kept exiting. Since there was only a 20 min wait outside it was really uncalled for.

I plan on retiring down there and working for the Mouse, and the heat is just about the only thing that I have continuing concern over. >A fanboi approached me and a very special CM Sunday night and just gushed over the construction walls ...< I can understand how you'd tend to pooh-pooh the walls, but really, they're pretty cool. As are the cheesecloth coverings that they do over buildings when they're working on them. This is an extra touch that really helps an area under construction, something that Disney doesn't really have to do. And I'm sure they're expensive, too! >I rode two monorails in one.< ??? >...but Flower Fest is staler than Betty White's ...< I'm not sure what you were looking for, but I was just there a couple weeks ago, and Epcot looked spectacular! Course, I never do the extra gardening meetings and such, so you might be right on that front. >BTMRR is in very sorry shape these days. Many effects aren't working (they were in winter) and there are holes in walls/ceilings ... just bad show all around. PoC ... ain't much better.< I'm gonna call foul on this one. I was just there, and didn't notice a single problem with either of these attractions. I'm not doubting that there were problems - just that they didn't rise up enough to be noticeable by me. Some folks see the glass half empty . . . >Are they waiting for the Seas tank to leak like a gulf oil rig before they do some work on it?< On this point we completely agree, Spirit. The water is a murky yellow/green now, where it used to be pristine crystal Caribbean blue. And I think there's maybe a quarter of the fish that used to be in the tank. I know - I've got pictures from years past to prove it. That tank is one of my favorite spots in the World, having scuba'd the waters a couple times. And it's sad how far it's declined. >Remember the recent 'news' about a 'new' menu at Rose and Crown? It simply is a refreshed menu that includes many items that have disappeared over the years as well as higher pricepoints.< I'm hoping they bring back the mushroom medley - a totally unique and tasty appetizer that I've missed greatly the last couple of trips! >If you spend most/all of your money on Disney Dining, I think you've got too much money, not enough brains or a combo.< Here we completely disagree, buddy. Disney dining is still one of my favorite parts of a World visit. And with so many choices I can hit something new every time. My favorite meal this last trip was at Fulton's, and I got in without an ADR! Terrific seafood and a wonderful waitress. Don't remember the price, but then I tend to NOT look at prices while I'm on vacation. I expect it to be higher priced, and that doesn't bother me, as long as the experience is excellent. I also had great meals at Le Bistro de Paris and Le Chefs, and a great lunch at the Coral Reef. >Spandex doesn't ever look good. It looks really bad when you are very overweight.< Completely agree. I just want to walk up to the (mostly) women that have the stretchy pants and tops on and ask them if they'd bothered to look in the mirror before going out that day. Totally gross! And I'm a big guy, but jeans, tennis shoes and loose t-shirts work for me! Always a pleasure to hear from you, my friend!!!

Maybe I've just ridden it too much but it wasn't at 100%. Much much more jerkier and rough than it should be... >>>I rode two monorails in one.< ???<< Teal. I figured the only way I could survive would be working on enclosed watercraft. I wouldn't last an hour in the Parks during the summer.
