It sure is ... and it 'splains what has happened in this country so well.

I just realized I haven't had prime rib in ages! Damn 101 apologizing Disney fanbois and their Dalmatians!

    >> Glad you made it ... on the MAGICal site it went (still plugging along) 25 pages (about 300-plus posts). <<

<<I'm surprised it didn't go to 500 pages.
I still haven't made it over there. It's taken to long to catch up over here.>>

I dunno what it's up to ... I added a post or two earlier.

But at this rate, with you back, we might overtake the brats yet!

    C'mon, you're slipping.

That's an easy one. (likely what Mrs. Pierce said on the first meeting!)

As you have already learned Dave told me. I probably still wouldn't have guest right. I wonder if the shoe tree is still there. I haven't been over to look at River Country or the shoe tree in several years.

    >> How about it's not a 'no'. <<

You would make a great politican.

    >> <<Jerold Kapland?>>

    Um ... ???? <<

Isn' he the imagineer that designed the center show piece of ROE? I probably misspelled his name like I normally do.
You are so evasive with your post, I'm reduced to guessing at everything. When you mentioned ROE I went from there.

Don't you just hate it when those selfish parents go to Disneyland, and leave their kids at home.

    >> I pretty much agree with that. But I also think certain parks (especially MK and EPCOT) really need major additions to make up for years of cutting capacity and quality and just flat out neglect! <<

I agree with MK. The Littest Mermaid ride will help. Epcot needs streetmosphere, and exhibits, not rides, in my opinion.

    >> Simple. I'd much rather make it very slow and painful (think of me as your government in action!) for you! <<

Our President banned torture. Didn't you get the memo.

    >> Hmm ... well, I'll let Mrs. Pierce 'splain it all to you! <<

She mostly ignores me when I ask questions.

    >> I dunno ... he's either ignoring my beloved thread or going over it line by line with my pals at TDO trying to figure out what they can 'take' from my rantings, ramblings and ruminations! <<

He pretty much ignored my question about WDFA also. Maybe he doesn't like us. I can understand it with you, but not me.

    You think so, eh?

    >> Don't call me baby without buying me dinner first (no, a Dole Whip isn't sufficient) ... and seeing yet another typo really makes me wonder if I should READ what I post (although what fun would that be!) <<

I try to never let bad grammar, bad spelling or common sense get in the way of my posting style!

    Proof reading is for sissies!

    Sounds like heaven to me.

    >> And if it wasn't for the fact Disney monitors my every move (remember that data-mining thread from last fall?), I'd be calling Brandon and demanding a full refund. It really was absurd ... and he brought over the third one himself, but his guest recovery skills left a lot to be desired. <<

Why did that thread die? It was really getting interesting. I always like it when there's a lot of mud slinging, and bickering going on. It makes me feel even more like LP is my family.

    >> I'll have to try it! Maybe add it to the list of acceptable locales on the tax-deductable 'Take a Spirit To Dinner' program ... now with an additional three months free, meaning you can take him to dinner thru 3/31/11! Isn't that magical? <<

I've got money that saids you'll extend the promotion.

Hatred in anyform is scary. It knows no left or right.

Is this post from the same guy complaing about how dead it was around here not to long ago?

    >> Maybe I should just buy you a Jeff Lange DVD of MVMCP 2009 edition (unless you prefer the Halloween Party) and Mrs. Pierce can play it for you over and over again, so you won't be pestering me here in the LP! :) <<

Thanks, but I already spent 6 hours this morning watching the recording I made, off of the balcony at WL, of the happenings on Bay Lake. The Mrs. is in Tampa so I can watch all my disney stuff all-night long if I want to.

I'm on a Disney high, and I need to post.

    >> Disney is great at creating songs you can't get out of your head (although I can't get the 1974 hit 'Playground in My Mind' out of mine for other reasons!) and Remember The Magic is one. <<

    >> 'Course they also 'borrowed' the 1983 opening 'TDL is your land' from the WDW Tencennial 'WDW Is Your World' parade and show ... and no one cares, so why am I talking to myself when I could be drinking the last of the cheap wine! <<

Drinking while posting is a dangerous thing.

When this old world gets me down
And there's no love to be found
I close my eyes and soon
I find I'm in a playground in my mind
Where the children laugh and the children play
And we sing a song all day

    My name is Michael,
    I've got a nickel
I've got a nickel shiny and new
I'm gonna buy me all kinds of candy
    That's what I'm gonna do

In the wonders that I find in
    The playground in my mind
In a world that used to be
Close your eyes and follow me
Where the children laugh and the children play
And we'll sing a song all day

    My girl is Cindy
When we get married we're gonna
    Have a baby or two
We're gonna let them visit their grandma
    That's what we're gonna do

Living in a world that I left behind
    Happy little children
In the playground in my mind
    See the little children
See how they play in the playground in my mind
    La la la...

Who knows? Spirit has turned his post into a game show. "Guess What Spirit Is Saying".

I've been known to do dumber things.

Isn't Steven Davison still with Disney working on Disney's World of Color?

I guess I'm just not quick enough to pick up on the big clue here.

    What a load of horsecrap.

    Self-important much?

Get a life (yeah, and that IS coming from a guy with 20k posts on laughingplace). You're a creep, and a loser.

***I have been here all along -- from the website's inception. In fact, I have several image captures of Eugene's first effort all the way back in the 1990s. He, again, is a good guy. And Rebekah is likewise a good person with a genuine desire to send good, positive energy to those in the community. Online and elsewhere.

But, as many folks have known for several years now, the Moseleys have taken on a much different role here at LaughingPlace.com and ceded much to Lee M. and his partner.***

More evidence of a creepy loser, like CIA level.

***For me, the dramatically lower posting on these boards shows the maturing of these kind of forums and speaks well for the fee-based system of content access and management I have been at work on since the mid-1990s.***

    Um...yeah. Hope you fail, scumbag.

***The idea that Lee M. and his companion post here freely while declaring an intimate corporate and more bond with TWDC speaks loudly of this. Spirit of 74's knowledge of the inner workings, the inner circle, of many of the facets of the Walt Disney Company does as well.***

    So what?

***The former two advertise their relationship, the latter seems to think he has some level of privacy in keeping his 'real' life from this one.***

And being a creepy, self-important scumbag, you would invade his privacy.

Did you by chance work for the Bush administration? The Patriot Act is right up your ally.

I hope you read this and have the decency to go away...seriously. Humanity needs less scumbags like yourself. I am not at all joking. You need to go find a spiritual advisor or something, because you're nothing but a creepy, bad person.

    Ugh.

I'm shuddering just reading your crap.

Mousemerf is dead on...and if you're capable of shame or self-loathing I hope you find both of those in this reply.

You are the personification of what's wrong with things in this world. You and the self-involved elitist wagon you rode in on.

    Ride on out, pal.
