I wonder if WDI has ever taken this into account, and adjusted inside lighting in an attraction based on the outside conditions? I can think of road tunnels where this is done: the first portion of the tunnel is illuminated brighter during daylight hours, but this obviously is to compensate for the eye adjustments that occur during just the first few seconds of a dramatic brightness change.
