The new flight will, I'm sure, be exciting for a while, but then what...?

But it's been YEARS since I've seen any of the movies. Like you say, it feels more like a "fond memory". Hopefully, though, the change will refresh it and make it a little more exciting - and I have long enough between trips that it shouldn't become stale for me for a while...

So ST hits a target audience that is a Disney specialty. I'm hoping for more thrills with the update, and really do hope that there are a variety of missions.

No one wanted to see ATIS hang around (except me), and when one mentions a revamping of that attraction we hear about how Walt wanted things to change. ST has been around a LONG time, and upgrading it or whatever isn't going to change much for me personally. I guess if it MUST stay though, let's revamp the characters, and maybe even see a sci fi flick developed that is Disney(!) and tie it into that. I loved Star Wars when it first came out as much as anyone, but it's time to move on from that theme IMO. I know most won't agree with me, but I'd like to see something fresh in that corner of T'land.
