Yep. Whether or not Donny doesn't really believe these things and is doing it just to rile people here isn't the issue. The point is, there ARE people who think like that, millions of them, my mother included, so save the troll lecture. The sooner they get marginalized, the better, my mother included.

As long as I brought her up- my mother is 74 years old and a widow since 1982. She lives by herself in a large house that she refuses to maintain. She listens to Limbaugh and Fox. She's one of "THOSE". Others here have the same situation. She firmly believes Obama is a socialist so and so, intent on taxing her out on the street and taking her Medicare and Social Security. She lives on her Soc Sec and interest from investments. If she were to liquidate all her holdings, save for the house, she'd have over a million in her pocket. The house, even in its dilapidated condition, would still sell for $550K. $750K if she re-did the three bathrooms, ker kitchen, carpet and paint, windows and doors. If she would die in her sleep tonight and have someone find her, people would be all over her four sons for allowing her to live that way. But we've tried, man have we tried. The house was paid for years ago. Her property tax is $600.00 a year. The house has over 2800 square feet. Yet, she won't part with any of her cash on hand to put in the house because "she needs it to live on" because "Obama is going to take it what I have left". One of my four brothers, also an attorney, was taken out of the will in retaliation for being too aggressive trying to get her to spend what would have amounted to his inheritance and put money in the house. When I inherited money a couple of years ago from a great uncle she ridiculed my putting a big chunk of it into my 70 year old house for improvements. "That was one of the dumbest things you ever did."

Anyway, I digress only a little. She's very typical of the viewpoint shared by those Donny imitates here. "When did I start liking 'the gays', when did I become soft, why shouldn't people have guns, don't you know he's black, what is he, jewish?, what, you spent money AGAIN, don't you realize how stupid that is with that negro in power, on and on and on. Many of these people are aging baby boomers, just like my mother, but they're also middle aged morons, just like Donny. You can't pretend they're trolls, hoping they'll go away.

They'd have to pass a common sense test. You'd be doomed.

When there are no more well-regulated militias needed to fend off the British from taking our sovereignty.

If your ego needs a weapon that badly, go get a musket.

He didn't suggest that at all. He was referring to his mother. Geez... do you have any adult reading comprehension skills at all?

BTW... how the heck does an individual with third grade reading comprehension skills like you manage to get a well-paying I.T. job with the state of Florida? The vast majority of I.T. work requires far better communication skills than what you continue to demonstrate here.

You must be getting some kind of special consideration to obtain these government jobs, Donny. With the high rate of unemployment in your state, you would never be able to compete in the private sector with language skills this poor.

Donny, are you classified as a 'disabled veteran' because of that accident jumping out of the truck requiring two surgeries? Disabled vets get all sorts of special considerations when applying for government jobs, even over regular vets who don't have physical disabilities as a result of their service. Which, I might add, is as it should be. Disabled vets with genuine disabilities should get preferential treatment in the workplace.

I can't imagine what else it would be. There are tens of thousands of underemployed and unemployed vets in Florida, thousands who would love to have your job, possibly dozens who would be better qualified, given your poor language skills. So what exactly did you do to land that job, given all those regular vets who would have been competing with you for it?

If you are classified as a disabled vet, Donny, then I believe the taxpayer is getting shafted, given how much time you spend at WDW, walking around unassisted for hours at a time. Doesn't sound like much of a 'disability' that would prevent you from fairly competing with non-disabled job seekers in the workplace. And that would also make you part of the problem you teabaggers claim so much to hate.

So... are you classified as a disabled vet? Or are you getting a different set of strings pulled for you to obtain these fabulous government jobs?

No, it's both. Just because one is a problem doesn't mean the other isn't.

The Columbine shooters weren't really mentally ill. They were teenagers, possibly with a grudge, who hated the world. Teenagers who hate the world armed with fists = black eyes. Teenagers who hate the world armed with rifles and semi-automatic handguns = Columbine.

Many, many people who murder in less celebrated cases aren't mentally ill.

    <please spare me the condensation>

Okay. We'll keep your water in its gaseous state for you.

Did it ever occur to anyone that the reason why Donny is a teabagger who constantly grouses and gripes about individuals 'cheating' the government at taxpayer expense is because he does it himself? And that all of his protests about government waste and the need to reduce or eliminate social programs is to divert attention away from his own participation in this very behavior?

Seriously... how does someone relocate to a new state with high unemployment during the worst recession in our history, and immediately leapfrog over a long list of equally qualified workers who've resided in the state for far longer, to land a plum state government job with stellar benefits and health care, before unpacking his suitcase and signing the lease on his new apartment? Where in the real world does this ever happen for jobs that aren't specialized enough to require a college degree? How could Donny do that unless he has special connections or he's gaming the system, like being classified as a disabled veteran when he's not? In truth, it simply doesn't happen.

I remember when many of us here were discouraging him from moving to Florida without already having a job lined up. And he kept telling us that he would be OK, no problem, he'd find something good, etc. Well... he was right. He got a great government job shortly after landing in Florida, with hardly any time spent searching for it. Why? Why was he able to get that job soooooo easily, when he doesn't have a college degree, and other Floridians were losing their jobs left and right, who are as equally qualified if not more so to do that job instead of him?

Donny is scamming all of us. He's lying through his teeth about who he really is. Admitting that he stole a bulletproof vest from the Air Force kind of gave it away. He didn't have a problem with that, so why would he have a problem with pretending to still be disabled from his knee injury so he could land those plum government jobs he loves so much?

Yeah, just a typical unethical troll.
