My biggest complaint is how they price their items. I can get $$$$ for that and $$$$ for that. Around here you sure wouldn't be able to get that for those items. Dave seems to always put way higher values on his stuff than I think it is worth.

See, that's what I thought, too, but apparently it's the person who's producing the show, who also exec produces and narrates some other shows, and he's a friend of Barry's, not actually Barry himself as I thought.

Anyhow, I love both of these shows courtesy of Matt turning me on to them. Barry is by FAR my favorite on Storage Wars, and I love watching all the guys on Pawn Stars, and dig it when we get crossovers like when they take stuff to Rick Dale to restore. I did find it odd earlier this week when Rick's brother Ron showed up on Pawn Stars selling them a Coke machine that then got taken to Rick Dale's to be restored... and they didn't mentioned at ANY point (that I noticed) that Ron is Rick's brother and employee.

Oh, and anyone else here also into American Restorations? I think Rick Dale's work is AMAZING and I have a crush on his brother. :) hehe Oh, and I <3 Kowboy for life for the way he talked to his BFF when BFF (Kyle, I think?) suggested putting Kowboy's furbaby in the TRUNK en route to the vet.

I don't like the brothers, and I want to slap the bleached-blond too-tan lady who treats her employee like dirt. I do get a kick out of the goofy podiatrist, though!
