I don't cover it up with lemon, etc. ;-) I also prefer my fish/seafood dishes separate from any sauces and outside of casseroles. I prefer them in their pristine forms - hot or cold, but don't feed me Seafood Crepes or Tuna Casserole. I'm not even particularly fond of crabcakes - too much smothering going on. My most hated food ever, and I've only eaten it once - Beef Liver. It is truly the most vile dish my mother ever prepared. The lingering yuck on the roof of my mouth made me swear it off after the very first bite.
