Pretty much most of it is used for this elaborate guests dispatching zone into two holding sections for two subs at a time. The far east end is where the viewing room for the handicapped. The far west end is the shaft for the Monorail elevator, and maybe a closet space for the CMs. Other than that ... it's planters .. and few rocks to give a little decoration.
