(Mickeys very scary party takes place instead.) Guess I was not meant to see it.

    Nah, I can believe that. It took me until 2009 to ride Test Track because of refurbs, lines and rain. LOL

    If you can, however, try to rearrange your plans to see MSEP. It is a great parade.
