    Anyway...

What the heck was up with Flicka letting the chickens go. "I was moving the box." WHY? And moving the box by picking it up and letting the untethered chickens out?

I thought Sekou's plea was funny. "If you vote me out, you won't have fire." Dude, you didn't *make* any fire.

But the whole "bad wind" thing brought back long-forgotten flashbacks...

They had a great protein advantage with those two chickens and lost it. I was surprised Jeff didn't continue that conversation before the challenge and make them confess to the other tribes that they no longer had the chickens.

I also found Cao Boi to make an impression. Every tribe has an outcast that makes things interesting and he's the one there. He did get rid of the headache, though. :)

And Billy being in love with Candace? Wiskey Tango Foxtrot?! How did he get that from pleasentries passed on the beach after a challenge? Oooookay

How anyone could even think of throwing a challenge at all, but especially this early, is beyond me. No matter how annoying a teammate is, they need the numbers.

At first it didn't look like they were going to have one and then tonight who's the first Survivor to blog? Cerie! I am so thrilled, I love reading past players insight into the current game (although Scout and her novel length posts get old fast).

I hope their fire doesn't go out, they may not be able to start it, again.

I really think they should have tried to win, and if he were to bring them down and make them lose a challenge, they've got an easy vote to make. Will be interesting to see how this plays out long-term. The last team to throw a challenge had more of a strategic advantage at that point in the game, if I recall correctly.

True, but if I remember correctly, it still didn't work out too well. Even if it did, 5 players doesn't leave enough cushion on your team for that kind of strategy. They had better be every bit as strong as they think they are

But if that guy was as creepy as he came off at last night's tribal council during the rest of the time...

In the end, it may not matter. In the previews for next week, it looks like four tribes will become two. Will they just pair up the tribes and still have racial splits of a sort? Or will they do the old buff pick thing and move people around all together?

That would be kind of interesting at some point.

I found it odd that they would so willingly throw a challenge risking that they could end up another Bobby John and Stephanie where they don't merge right away and when they do, you might be the only one going with no alliances.

Loved when Cecelia (?) told/asked Candace about Billy.

I think it would have been hard to keep the tribes still separate with that few people. I think the original split along ethnic lines is still going to be in play. Now, you're not just having to decide whether to stick with your original alliance, but there's also the "we're the same kind of people" mentality to factor in. Yul used that on Cao Boi (sp?) to get him to change his mind about voting out Becky. I noticed that after the immunity challenge, Yul made a point of waving goodbye to his two other former teammates, who were now on the other team. Bad move though - he should keep his cards closer to his chest.

Is Flicka (Jennifer?) really that dumb? She sounds like an airhead, though she sounded a little better when she was just talking to the camera.

Ozzie did *not* look happy after the vote.
