Interesting episode. One tribe was handed a guaranteed 6-person post-merge majority, but they risked it. Sure, it's unlikely that Jonathan and Candice will re-join their tribe, but it still seemed like an odd decision. Brad really needed to keep his mouth shut.

So how will the jury work? With the current situation it will be a 10-person jury, and that wouldn't work if there was a tie.

    It's only polite.

Boy, the defection of Candace and Jonathan is possibly the BEST thing that could have happened to Ozzy (and probably Sundra). They, with Yul and Becky, make a VERY strong 4. And this was probably the only way he was going to end up in a strong alliance. For the first time since the tribes blended (and possibly the first time in the game) Ozzy has a real chance of winning this thing.

    GAME ON!

Jenny was *so* mad. She should be fun at the reunion show.

Ozzy is a fish no doubt. The four of them work really well together. I hope they stick it out through the merge. They might be able to get Jonathan to vote with them, and the first person out would be Candice. Boy are they punishing her.

No one trusts Jonathan, Candace shot her wad when she jumped and Adam and Parvati are just pretty faces (who happen to be fairly good in the challenges).
If they do merge next week and IF Raro can stay united then poor Aitu will just get picked off one by one, barring stratigic use of the idle. Hopefully Yul will use it to save a tribemate, and thus swing the balance or at least even them out.

I feel bad for poor Jenny, she got the shaft no doubt about it. But Raro loosing 2 sure makes the show more interesting. I hope she will get to be on the jury, because her question and answer session with the final 2 will be VERY interesting if anyone from Raro (except Nate who didn't vote for her) makes it that far.
Lucky for Aitu they didn't loose or they would be down to just 2 (probably Yul and Becky, because of the idle).

I'll be disappointed if any of those top three get voted out before somebody like....Poverty.

Jonathan was right to be frustrated with the tribe for not even considering that Yul might have the hidden idol.

I was happy to see Nate go, saving Yul from having to use the idol....

Ozzy is one of the best contestants they've ever had on that show......

Nate & his cohorts, in keeping Jonathan around when he came over, will go down as one of the worst strategic moves in Survivor history. Nate deserved to go, and then some. He should be angry with himself.

Adam is bugging the heck out of me too - he needs to go.

    Ozzie is a monkey!

My preference for final two would be Yul and Ozzie - let them fight it out, since both deserve it.

Nate and the other Rarotonga folks (sans turncoat Jonathan) have shown themselves to be light on the little grey cells. I loved how Jonathan gave them EVERY chance to figure that Yul had the idol and when Adam simply says, "He doesn't have it.", everyone else agrees.

Not only does Yul have the protection of the immunity idol, he has the protection of another strong guy, Ozzy. He's not only a monkey, he's a fishmonkey! That's one person who, I'm sure, has a slot locked up if they do another All-star edition (if he wants it.)

And Yul was so cute when he started explaining the physics of why it was more difficult for the men than the women, and then said, "He'll never get another date." I'm sure there are plenty of women out there who heard his comments and thought, "there's another reason to love Yul!"

And that strategy discussion between Jonathan and Yul was great! I don't think they've ever shown us so detailed of a strategy session between two non-partners before. I actually really like Jonathan, but everytime he talks I think it's Alan Alda! His only chance to win, though, is to become Will from Big Brother, screw everyone. I think the Aitu people will understand, but the Raro guys will be too emotional about it. Sandra did manage to continually flip flop and win though.

I'm another one rooting for Yul & Ozzy in the final two. I think it'll be a great battle. Is it Thursday yet?
