I was actually impressed by Trish in how she stepped in and made a rational argument to Kass. She realized Kass responds to that type of approach and it worked for her.

Also interested in the special power of the new idol. Hope someone finds it tomorrow night so we find out.
Good question on the number of idols, Ferret. Will there be one with extra-special powers plus one regular idol? Or just the special idol?

She is ZERO threat, why wouldn't you vote off not only one of the others from the minority (which Morgan was certainly one of) but also vote off a STRONG player from "over there"??? I don't get it at all.

Was glad to see Spencer win immunity and find the idol.

Whilst I certainly would have understood their reasons for getting rid of someone else and keeping Morgan, I respected the fact that they wanted to keep the people who "deserved" to be there. Of course, they would have taken out Spencer if they could have. He's my favourite, so I hope he stays around as long as possible!

I understand that he wanted LJ to want to vote Woo out, but if he really wanted to vote LJ off, why not just say so?

And when they were still in the game, Sarah and Morgan didn't seem especially friendly toward each other, but as jury members, they seemed like they were having a great time together. I wonder how much time they get to relax by the pool together, and how much they're sequestered from one another to ensure they aren't strategizing with each other for the jury vote

Without having watched any from this season, it appeared in prior season that the jury members are allowed quite a bit of time together...living in a mini-resort with their own private rooms, taking meals together, spending time poolside, etc. It may all be in the editing, but it appeared the jury was allowed as much access to each other as they wanted.

Speaking of editing...from next week's previews, it appears Woo takes quite a fall. It seemed to be a genuine fall from a sifnificant height. I wonder if he sustained any injuries that may affect his place in the game.

Then I saw that he also voted to oust Trish. I guess her comment at tribal council about having not had conflict with any of the jury members got to him and he realized she may be a threat after all and have friends over there.

Tony's out of saves now and will need to win challenges to ensure he advances. The others may or may not take him to the finals. They all keep wavering on whether or not it would be a good idea for their own chances at the million. It all depends on the jury mindset. If the jury appreciates that Tony ran the game and most the votes, they will give it to him for game play. If they are an emotional jury (and some of them appear to be based on their facial expressions at tribal), they could vote for anyone-but-Tony for the win.

I've seen speculation online in pondering whether there will be a final two or a final three this season. All the player discussions seem to be centered round a final three, but we know how Mark Burnett likes to keep players guessing...
    Anyone hear for certain?

I like Kass, and definitely understand her motives. Although Tony sees it as spilling the beans (even though she has her own game to play), she's clearly trying to stir up trouble between other players. She seemed a little hostile toward the end of tribal, but I think it's a strategy that could pay off

If Spencer makes it to the end, I think he has a decent chance of winning. He'll need to get immunity to get himself there, but he's played a strong game, and has proven that he's good at challenges and at voting strategy

Woo seems like a nice enough person, but he hasn't really done any strategic voting. He's come onboard with other players' plans, but he hasn't once come up with a plan on his own. He's been wishy-washy every time, which could be spun into him being independent and strategic, but I think it's because he's just a pawn at this point

I would be surprised if they had a final 2. That basically means that the person who wins the final immunity challenge gets to pick who they go up against, which takes a lot of the suspense out of it. There's usually one dud in the final 3, but if the final 2 has a dud, then it's not interesting

Weird, since they only a final 2 for the earliest seasons, since it was too easy to bring a pawn with you, guaranteeing your own win

Woo chose wrong and did not make a strong argument for himself to the jury and it ended in a landslide for Tony.

Blood vs Water again next season. I really liked that twist from last Fall. I haven't heard if returning players are involved or not, but I hope it's a group of fresh faces.

I also liked how they were able to see that Tony deserved to win, despite being a pretty terrible person (at least in the game, I can't comment about his real life)

I agree that Blood vs Water should be good again. It will be interesting to see what twists they work in this time, since there are so many possibilities with that format. During the aftershow Jeff seemed to hint that Tasha and J'Tia might be returning (similar to how he did it with Malcolm), so I wouldn't be surprised to see them come back. Tasha was a good player and J'Tia made for excellent television (despite being a terrible player), so I think they would be fun to see again
