I loved the birds a couple of weeks ago and the family was awesome.

Tonight should be interesting because anytime they have the eating challenges, it seems they are getting more like fear factor in that challenge to see what is the grossest thing they can make them eat.

I have to admit, Tood IS the little sneaky player Jean Robert predicted. The guy worked his way to the idol, convinced his ENTIRE group to go with the plan of having James throw the challenge and it was allll going well...until well, useless Courtney and the lunch lady. It was sooo funny though that they pair James up with her and the guy is just stalling and stalling and stalling and she's just dying on the other side lol. It was funny to see. Poor James. I swear I never seen so one look so depressed and frustrated over WINNING a challenge lol.

And sorry, but Courtney seems to the most useless member there at the moment. I agree with her, I think Jean Robert is disgusting too, but the girl couldn't win a challenge to save her life. She sits and complains about the guy and she wants to get rid of him SO badly, but she seems to be losing focus on the overall plan. Now, everything she blurted out at council can possibly put HER head on the chopping block first if they think she will switch tribes at a moments notice. Dumb, dumb, dumb!! They have done everything they could to say, 'you're with us' including NOT voting her out when she deserved it during the ax challenge, but she still has to open her mouth. Silly girl. Her points about Jean Robert at Council WERE spot on though!

Anyway, GREAT episode and I can't wait to see next weeks!!

I'm really surprised that in the immunity challenge, the thousand-year-old egg was considered worse than the balut, at least based on that it came after. The chicken hearts would have been easy to eat because I love them anyway, but I'm not sure I could have eaten them fast enough. I might have been able to eat the small turtles - depends on the texture of the first one I tried to eat. I didn't realize they were that small until one of them was popping them in her mouth. I would have absolutely refused to even attempt to eat the balut. (I couldn't even watch most of that segment.) I didn't think they usually came with actual feathers. And I love thousand-year-old egg. I think it's usually made from a duck egg. I love it in porridge.

I believe it is a few months old, and I'm not quite sure what is done to it to make it ferment, for lack of a better word. It's usually covered in clay and wood shavings that you have to peel off before you can crack the egg.

Besides the fact it was green, the taste didn't go down with me, but thinking of actually trying to eat another one again :).

You know that when Jamie said on camera that she wasn't as dumb as they think she is, that she was doomed. I loved that the immunity challenge was done at the camp itself, with Jeff coming to them. I don't think they've ever done that before. Maybe they figured that they'd all be too drunk from the wine to go anywhere. And since the challenge was just about answering questions anyway, it wasn't a problem doing it there.

I was laughing really hard when Todd was calling Courtney a bitch. Yep, both she and Jean-Robert need to go soon. They can spend all kinds of time together when they're sequestered on the jury.

    Thank goodness for DVR!!

I mean, that's the most valueable currency to have in the game and these idiots just thought, 'oh look, an Immunity idol is laying on the ground, COOL!!'

And THEN I didn't understand when they searched Jame's bag (VERY underhanded thing to do btw ) they found two Immunity Idol's already, how many did they think were out there lol? Didn't they make a point there was one in each camp?

Yeah, it was bizarre to watch. Why they didn't put two and two together, or at the very LEAST look inside to see Jame's idols fully to see the difference, made no sense.

And yeah Jeff throwing it in the fire was priceless! ;)

People were already to give up on this season, but like MOST of them, now all the unpredictable twists and turns just makes it sooo much fun again.

Looking forward to next week when Todd seems to get drunk with power and have people his sanity ;).

Who would have thought that Courtney would *ever* have been able to win a challenge? She must weigh like 4 pounds. I don't think there's ever been anyone skinnier than her on a Survivor. When Jeff put the immunity necklace around her, it was bigger than her and probably heavier than her. The husband and I applauded loudly when Jean-Robert was kicked off. The look on Todd's face as he was trying not to bust out laughing was priceless. It was also fun to watch P.G.'s face as she began to realize that she wasn't being kicked off that night. Jean-Robert was still delusional though. In his farewell speech, he talked about him being the biggest threat. No, dude, they really didn't like you and only kept you around because they needed the numbers. And what was with being a poker player and being used to using strategy and stuff and then just being a big lumbering oaf who just kept threatening people?

But you know something happened to Denise. First, she wasn't picked by either side for the reward challenge. And then she was the only one who voted for P.G. because "her tribe" didn't tell her what they were doing. You could see how mad she was. It'll be interesting to see how alliances might change next week.

Yeah, ok, so you're frustrated, but making the target on your back bigger and brighter is *not* the way to go. It's kind of funny that she's the only Chinese person there and yet she hasn't been part of any winning team that gets to experience some local culture. I was glad she won immunity, though - it threw a nice wrench into things. I used to like Frosti, but I think I totally lost respect for him because of his connection with Courtney. What the heck was up with that? She's almost literally a stick - she might as well be a boy because she's got zero curves. I don't get that we see her eat, and she chose to eat during the immunity challenge even though she'd also eaten on the boat as part of the reward challenge, but she still weighs 4 pounds. I can't even imagine why Frosti finds her attractive. I think I noticed that Eric has bigger boobs than she does. I still want her to go. Eric was pretty funny with his goat noises. And if they kicked off Frosti because he's a big threat, then they might want to start *really* looking at the big pink elephant in the room - James. Strong and two idols? Yeah, I'm thinking it's time to go through with that blindsiding thing they'd planned on previously. And what was up with the end of tribal council? Guess we'll have to wait until next week.

On a slight tangent, I did notice that one of the ads during the show was a casting call for "Big Brother". That show only runs in the summer, but with the current writers' strike, they're looking for more reality programming, and there had been talk about them doing the next "Big Brother" early. Now would be a good time to start casting to get the show up and running in January or February if the strike is still going on.
