When they unvieled the immunity challenge, I'm sure a whole bunch of folks were thinking, "Oh boy, a challenge stacked in favor of Danielle." The final tribal council was a dissapointment too. I wanted better questions. I thought Danielle gave better answers, but the quality of the answers doesn't really impact the results. For me, the highlight of tribal council was Terry's voting confessional, "I'm just too used to writing your name down." The lowlight was Shane's, "Pick a number" question. Oh well, Aras wins the million. Ho hum.

Also Courtney's comment about the knives in the back. I agree about the challenge being suited for her though, she is lighter and shorter so her gravity is better. Once she won, there was no doubt that she was 2nd place. I don't think it mattered who she picked it was a 2nd place finish. The spoiler websites had Aras finishing first from the beginning.

Unless Shane was thinking four or less, Danielle could choose the number five and win Shane's vote.

But it didn't seem like any long term bonds were formed. There weren't friends up there, there were people who spent a month on an island together, and then went on with their lives, nice to see each other at a media event, maybe a Christmas card.

Of course, I am so cavity prone my luxury item would have to be toothpaste, which isn't real exciting.
