Runner-up gets $100 000. There's actually a monetary reward for everyone in the show, I think the first person voted out gets about $1000 (not bad for three days' work!) In the case of a tie apparently they take the 2nd and 3rd winning amounts and split them - I read Dawn saying they get about $92 000 each, so I guess third place must get $80 000 normally.
