I guess I have bad taste? lol The positive thing about outsourcing a restaurant is that the menu is sure to have a good variety. Many Disney operated restaurants only have a handful of options to choose from. For instance, compare the menus at Rainforest to the menus at France or Canada. There are expections, but you get my drift I hope. Personally, I don't care who runs the restaurant behind the scenes as long as the food is good and there is a good variety. AK needs this sit-down restaurant as it continues to evolve into a night-time park like its predecessors.
