    14. How you gonna know the proper stacking technique?

    15. How you gonna know how much water and other "stuff" to have in the water that you use to steam with?

    16. How you gonna know to check the tamales after a certain time to check on whether the masa is still sticking and too moist or just right?

    17. How you gonna know how to let them cool properly?


    That's off the top of my head.
