WDW believes guests should be able to do anything and that they are always right UNLESS they have a real, legit complaint. This is how legal has forced them to operate. Of course in Brad's case, it would be nice if his namesake who is VP of the park showed a little testicular fortitude and cracked a whip on bad guest behavior, but it won't happen.

I worked at WDW and security WAS called when Cast Members were assaulted. <<If Brad turned around and dialed 911 and got the real authorities involved, he'd likely be looking for work at Universal the next morning.>> If you dailed 911 you would reach Reedy Creek anyway. Now if you used your cell phone you'd get Orlando. BTW, a Cast Member also did this once and was NOT fired.

I have done a lot of research and spoken to many current and former CMs. There are incidents EVERY day where CMs are verbally and physically abused by guests and managers refuse to bring security in on it because they don't want to have the company face litigation. I know of incidents were CMs were beaten, spit it, kicked, called the most vile of names ... and the guests walked away with freebies and the CMs often walked away with reprimands. <<If you dailed 911 you would reach Reedy Creek anyway. WDW does NOT want police actions in its parks and resorts. Even when it is warranted.
