    Dad's trying to talk me into brining my turkey...I bought a Butterball, so it should turn out good anyway. But does anyone have experience with this method? I've watched Alton Brown brine different meats, but I'm not sure I have the courage to step off the ledge and do this. Maybe I should do it AND also buy a "safety" turkey.
