He gave her all kinds of crap, and whinnied about EVERYTHING, and THEN insisted that the fast forward was a good idea when she was saying "no, no...we shouldn't do that". She was FAR too nice to him. He deserved a good kick in the groin for that idiotic squandering of a million bucks, after giving that poor girl so much grief. And someone else here mentioned it already, but it's worth repeating...WHY would someone with food issues (for example a vegetarian, or someone who can't eat "this" or "that") go on such a show anyway? Obviously food stuff is part of the game (same on Survivor, and Big Brother, and all the rest...and always we get the whinny vegetarians complaining). Here's a clue...when you get picked and sign your contract, INCLUDE A RIDER. Duh. I mean, if there was a contestant who had a peanut allergy and then they had to eat peanuts (and they hadn't worked out a detail like that in advance), what should they do? Die? So, a LOT of these folks are too dumb to even work out their contract properly, but that makes for good TV I guess lol. BUT, to get back to my burning ears... ***BTW X and WD should enter Amazing Race Asia 4! I like both versions. That said I'm part Asian so I understand the culture somewhat. Wu is a great host.*** Interestingly, I looked into this one too for me and WD, but residents of Japan are barred from entry (or they were when I checked, it's been a couple of years). I don't know why, exactly, but I assume it's something to do with Japan having plans for their own show maybe? Anyway, the prize money for AR Asia is garbage isn't it? Like 100k or something between the two people? Hardly worth the trouble. Of course, it'd be alot of fun, I'm sure! ***WD, when are you & X going on this show? That would be a hoot!*** See below (and above)... **And I think me and X would probably be eliminated from the first round anyway....we were in Hong Kong once and that dude couldnt WALK a few blocks before he forced me to take a taxi lol. Running isnt exactly his forte ;D.** WD is a funny, funny guy. He forgot to mention that HIS inability to get up in the morning would've probably cost us the game at some point when we were camping out in front of some place and everyone ran in and I'd be like "DUDE! get up! DUDE! Seriously! It's a MILLION BUCKS WD!", and he'd be like (rolling over) "HWNmnn..5 more minutes....just 5 more minutes". And..we'd lose. As for the taxi, there's a big difference between "needing" a taxi and just wanting one. They only cost what, ten cents per mile in Hong Kong or something like that, but WD was all in backpacker mode or something and didn't want to cough up his 50 cents share for the ride.
