And the fact that there are many many separate contracts running on completely independent timetables means that they'll never have the chance to let them all expire at once. Whenever they finally get rid of it, they will either have to cancel some of the contracts early, or run the building with almost nothing in it, waiting for the last ones to run up.

Until that day when we get sponsorships on all the attractions (Snapple Presents Pirates!, or Bounty Paper Towels Presents Peter Pan!), then it's really an apples to oranges thing.

From the outside the building isn't inviting at all and once inside it's like you've entered a windowless and doorless rotating high tech warehouse. As a theater it was fine, but as an exhibit hall it's probably one of the most un-Disney buildings Disney has ever conceived.
