    Just kidding. It's not an acronym - it just means "grape" in both Spanish and Italian.

    I agree with this. I'm guessing that it's because Uva is usually much busier, especially in the evenings. I suppose that the Cove will become more popular as attendance at DCA grows.

    I think it is. In fact, I can't think of any Disney park that has a bar in it. At least not one that is separate from a restaurant the way that The Cove is.

    There's the Tune In Lounge that's part of the 50's Prime Time Cafe at DHS. If you don't go into the restaurant part, the lounge functions more or less like a stand-alone bar, perhaps a bit like the Cove Bar and its adjacent restaurant. That's probably the closest.
