They have overhead ceiling fans that makes the breeze feel like I am at an ocean resort. Does anybody remember the outdoor bar at the Disneyland Hotel in 199o's? I am thinking the Monorail Cafe was still open then and the entrance to the monorail was still alongside the hotel. (I know the monorail was not moved altho it sure feels like it)

If you ask at some places, you can still get a tequila based magarita with wine as the second ingredient, rather than lime juice or that awful corn syrupy mix.

I'm guessing that the Spanish adopted the Margarita from the US using wine instead of tequila because it tends to be very expensive in Europe.

I've been there at Sunset(no drink/snack) for the view and it is spectacular to look out at the Pier and Bay withe the lights starting to twinkle as the sun casts it's last rays to the west.

Then when the Spanish colonists discovered agave/tequila, they adapted the old drink using the stronger stuff.
