At least the ones that don't look sick. The last time I was there, a couple months ago, half the fish in the tank looked like their faces were coming off. They all had some sort of skin disease that was making their scales come off - not good at all! I would think that Disney could do a better job of caring for those poor fish!

They do, but still, you never know what kind of microbes and diseases can infiltrate the place. Sometimes things happen.

Yeah, even though I'm not much of a lobster eater, it seems that lobster should be on the menu.

All I can say is that they all looked fine a couple of weeks ago. But I also need to say that the tank has deteriorated over the past 20 years or so, both in quantity of fish and in color. The water now has that yellow greenish cloudiness to it, where it used to be blue/aqua and crystal clear. There might be some ecological reason for the change in color, but the massive drop in quantity is nothing but cheap, IMO.

True, but that wasn't the first time I've seen obviously sick fish in those tanks. I know that Disney can't always protect against this sort of thing, but part of me can't help but wonder if this isn't in part because of maintenance cutbacks.

I had to ask to stop being brought food, actually. They wanted to send the chef out to investigate what I -would- eat and make something just for me. I was apparently someone's pet project for the evening. <<

They were probably suffering from an over dose of Pixie Dust.
