The judge followed the law. Period. If people don't like it, change the law. As has been repeatedly pointed out when people talk about "holding judges accountable" and use lame phrases like "activist judge" they conveniently ignore the fact the judge did the exact "conservative" thing he or she was supposed to do, follow the letter of the law. Anything else would have indeed been "legislating from the bench".

That in no way is a "slam" on O'Reilly or more so, you, seeing as how you have nothing to do with that show other than watch it.
