Rule #1: if someone refers to that show simply as "The Factor," check his mouth area. You'll almost certainly find Kool-aid stains.

I do appreciate your willingness to be open as otherwise we all just babble and no one ever grows.
The AG did say what the judge did was illegal as I do not lie. I may be wrong, as in frequently, but I don't lie and he DID say that as Beau said.
Who's that trailsend with the cute little heheheh?

I don't think anyone is accusing you of lying- however, a link to what the AG said would be nice so we can see it for ourselves, because so far, at least for me, I haven't found it anywhere. Moreover, whatever the AG says is merely his opinion. Many, many times lawyers will interpret the same facts a myriad of ways. Something isn't necessarily illegal because someone disagrees.

It is best if people just watch and learn.
I have 2 kids that I play with all night but they need space and my wife does so I like to channel surf ALL the talks aa the factor has boring parts that I just switch from but this children's thing has resonated in America like nothing since the Catholic Church scandal and Bill deserves the credit.
Someone with computer knowledge give the LP folks the link if you'll be so kind.
I do know that you can just go to his web site by googling Bill O'Reilly.com?????????? if that helps?
Pass -----Are you a lawyer because you mentioned going before that judge in California or was that Orange County Fl.?

If you want to read the motion yourself (and cut through the spin from the "no spin zone"), you can read the motion yourself at:

I'm in attorney in California. Before I went to work for the government I was briefly in private practice in Orange County, California.

Yet here we are once again with people on the left even arguning this.

the judge is wrong, he is out of line, he did something illegal and he could be removed from crimianl cases TODAY if anyone actually cared in Vermont.

But you guys on the left go ahead and argue he was withing the law to screw over this child and reward the creep who ruined her life.

Oh, did you hear Bin Laden using YOUR talking points on here in his latest speech? I thought it was Tom, STPH or Dabob speaking.

    "Repetitive phrases or movements

Sometimes people with dementia repeat the same phrase or movement many times. You may hear this referred to by medical professionals as ‘perseveration’.

This may be due to some kind of discomfort. Check that the person is not too hot or too cold, hungry, thirsty or constipated. Contact the GP if there is any possibility that they are ill, in pain or if medication is affecting them.
They may be finding their surroundings too noisy or too stressful.
They may be bored and trying to stimulate themselves. Encourage activity. Some people find stroking a pet, going for a walk or listening to favourite music, for example, is very enjoyable.
It may be the person’s way of soothing themselves. We all have different ways of comforting ourselves.
It may be due to the damage in the brain.
Simply offer as much reassurance as you can."

    There, there, beau.
