All I ever thought about was how well done and amusing it was. It never flashed me to thoughts of the grim reaper. There are parts that are scary for children, but for adults? Time to take a small hold on reality don't you think?

It just seems to me that it not a good business move to be placing interative ques on rides/ attractions that gobble up guests! And HM gobbles up guests. More likely, Disney Imagineers came up with talking heads, splash tanks and such then said, "lets use all that for an interative que at the HM". Despite the fact they really don't need anything of the sort at the HM in the first place. I'm sure that the interative que over at Pooh was a knee jerk reaction ( in my opinion a good one!). Instead of tearing Eisner's Pooh Spot fiasco out of the park they recyled it and dumped the remains infront of Pooh.

If your hell bent to add interactive ques then at least put them where guests will get the most benefit from them and that would be rides that always without fail have excessive wait times.

Pooh doesn't even come close to Soarin, Toy Story, Kilimanjaro safari.

I sincerely doubt that there was any message originally hidden in the ride. It was just planned as a scary/funny dark ride that, if it had a message, was to poke fun at "fun houses".

That and they wanted to try something out and see how real guests interact with it as opposed to the opinions from hard core supposed Disney fan on their web sites.

The outer courtyard of the HM doesn't strike me as one of the better "proving grounds" on property.
