The small western Main Street that is a holdover from the old Mine Train Through Nature's Wonderland has sound systems inside some of the stores. So you hear sounds of a tavern coming from the tavern, for example. And if you listen to the track, it's pretty funny stuff. And since the opening of BTMRR it fits perfectly within the theme. No one goes on BTMRR and expects to see anything spooky like the back story indicates. They just want a fun ride in a cool setting, and that's exactly what they get.

It's within the theme. BTMR is humorous in it's progression.

I'm not the only person that's seen this in the mansion. In it's circles of fandom, it's a widely accepted fact.

No. Was it a waste of resources? Yeah, mainly because it is tied to an attraction that normally doesn't have extremely long lines. Does it add anything to the HHN? Not really. Is it the satanic symbol of the Apocalypse coming? No. I would probably have a stronger opinion if they forced me to use the new queue. But since they don't I say lets just move along.

If it fit the mood better, I would probably love it.

It's from the original Mine Train attraction (which I remember fondly), a nice tribute added to the end of BTMRR. It fits the overall theme and environment, and isn't a distraction. Apples and oranges, once again.
