me too-- I'll bet you're a 'car guy' -- it seems to work for us more. I grew up working in a service station - and doing my own 'work' on my cars..

    Yes they can.

May I ask what you like about it?

Because, to me, it's a long line, filled with clutter, and noise, and aggravation, and I'd rather wait in line for SSE on BOTH sides. LOL. At least you get to look at the building.

My great grandmother was an airplane mechanic in WWII, my grandmother had a Harley when I was little. My uncles restored hot rods and let me help when I was little (ok, hold tools). My mom was the only female manager in grand auto California in the late 70's. My first job when I was 14 was clean up boy at a classic car garage. In college, I was a panel beater in the summer break (and at weekends a children's entertainer and bar tender). When I moved to the UK, we lived in luton where GM have their UK hq. I had some great memories of touring the plant and learnt to drive on the milbrook test track (there is a picture of that facility in the briefing room of epcot's test track). The whole attraction is an amazing set up of the real thing, only run by computer. I really think it is awesome and do applaud Disney for their efforts. Making it interactive could be even cooler.

That being said, TT's is a noisy mess. I refuse to wait in it.

Of all of the comments made in the past 100 posts or so, this one bothers me the most. The assumption that there's one camp who is in the right by "pointing out the obvious" while the other camp are by definition "apologists" is just plain rude. Everyone has an opinion, and every opinion has merit (well, almost every opinion). Some people like WDW the way it is, see nothing wrong with it, and defend every move the company makes. They're not apologists in any way - it's just the way they see the World. Agree, don't agree, but don't label them with a derogatory stereotype - it's uncalled for. And don't claim the high ground because you think you're in the right while everyone else is wrong. That's just as rude.

There's nothing wrong with stating an opinion with great conviction. And it is better to support that opinion with anecdotal and factual information. But when someone is equally sure of a conflicting opinion, and offers supporting information, it doesn't mean they don't understand. It may mean they simply disagree.

Can only imagine TDO was brainwashing Cameron into thinking interactive queues will be the end all be all for Avatarland. But i love that Rohde is livid.
