    It's new but was damaged slightly though. It had very nice words "written" on the floor joists, looks like they missed a few nails with their hammer while hanging pictures...

    Smart I don't know but it's a house. Small 112 ft deep lot... Now I just need money to furnish it :p

    Not exactly the classiest furniture.

    Maybe I should rent out those rooms and move the bookcases to the basement or something.
