You upload a pic of yourself, tell it how much you want to lose, and it will photoshop your pic to show how you'd look.

I did my before pic for this weight loss blog I'm on, and MAN, after 50 lbs, I look good.

If you want to see, email me at justaddlaughter@gmail.com and put "LP" in the subject line. :)

mele, if you eat the right things you will be very full. I'm eating 1400 calories a day and this is what I had yesterday (with 100 calories to spare):

*mini bagel w/2 tsp cream cheese and 7 apple slices

    *1 c pineapple

*2 oz. roast beef on 7 grain bread with 2 tsp. light mayo

    *yogurt

    *7 apple slices

    *reduced fat string cheese

*1 1/2 cups of sirloin stir fry and 3/4 cup rice

*fun size Kit Kat and fun size Twix

I went to bed full and satisfied. It is possible to eat well and be full on 1500 calories a day - lots of veggies and whole grains!

Please take a picture of yourself RIGHT NOW!!! Put it in a safe place. For us older folks, put it in a place you will remember LOL

You are required to bring this picture to the DISNEY'S BIGGEST LOSER mini-meet so we can see your success!! Yes, it will be a mini meet because all of us will then be mini!

I think we should have a small, but meaningful prize for any person at the meet who has made progress.

We snacked on a 100-calorie pack of popcorn and a handful of whole grain tortilla chips.

Dinner will probably be a salad with a 3oz pork loin section.

Also, I patched up all my jeans today. There is no point in me buying new pants right now, because I'm hoping they won't fit by the time I need to buy new summer clothes!!!

I like your ideas, 999 - especially about this being a mini-meet because we'll all be mini :).

It's going to be sometime in early December, at Disneyland. I'm not sure if anybody's figured out exactly which day. I tried reading the threads about it and got confused.

I would love to meet everyone but we're already planning a trip in May. I'm from BC, Canada. Anyone else from my neck of the woods?

I guess I can always hope for the lottery, or some serious overtime!

I've been doing more "incidental" exercise - walking on the spot in my office, things like that. I'm always amazed by how much of a difference that makes.

Nikki, thanks for sharing your 1400-calorie "menu" - I copied and pasted it because I'm too lazy to count calories myself, but it gives me a good idea of the kinds of things I can eat!

Today, no breakfast (bad, I know) only coffee. Lunch was a slice of pizza and a side salad and water. I know, I know *pizza* you say. At my elementary school Papa John's makes a special recipe for our school district. Whole grain crust, low sodium sauce and low fat cheese. No pepperoni. Very healthy they tell me. All I can say the rest of my co-workers usually get take out.

Not sure of dinner yet. Thanks for everyones encouragement. I am SOOOO looking forward to December.
