    I dangled my legs off the wagon this weekend :( DD2 came home unexpectedly this weekend and DH and I fell into our snacky mode. Yesterday we went out to run some errands and I found myself ordering a peppermint mocha at Starbucks instead of the half caf black coffee that I meant to order :p I did remember to say non fat but sheesh, I didn't really even want it. On the straight and narrow today :) Oh, I also tasted a couple of the Starbucks snacks and have to say that now that they are trans fat free I'll be able to pass them up as they aren't as uberly delish as they used to be. Same goes for some of the cookies at DLR.

We should set like a routine on here like for example a quota for every few days that everyone should meet. like 100 squats in 3 days and some sort of arm excercises and then when ppl have done them check in on here and say done. That way everyone who wants to participate is in the same boat.

    Just in case anyone wanted to see it, that's the colour it's in too. Still doing great here in terms of eating right drinking all my water and sticking to the 5 hour gaps. I totally love it when I am in the zone lol!

    We are in Reno right now. I'll be back to confess tomorrow. Not what I gambled or anything weird, it's all about what I'll probably eat. The hotel we stay at has the MOST awesome desserts in their coffee shop of all places.

    I have my nutritionist appointment on Monday, I told myself I'd be on a salad, water diet this week to kick off another couple of lbs. Then a freebie offer came in the mail and all my good intentions went out the window :p Maybe I'll skip dinner and go right for dessert :)

    LOVE DCA you should worry about the HBP more then anything. 145lbs isnt really that bad just keep your goals realistic so you dont set yourself up for dissapointment. If you stay positive and keep with it i think you can do it :)

    I fall off the wagon all of the time, but, I get right back on. They key is to NOT punish yourself for falling off.
    We are only human and food tastes sooo darn good!
    Eat healthy as you well already know, eat 5-6 mini meals a day and excercize.
    These are all no brainer steps, but so hard to stick to withour lifestyles sometimes. We all have bad eating habits or we would'nt be in this thread. Bad habits can be broken though.
    You are aware of your health concerns and are taking steps to make yourself healthy. ATTA GIRL!

    Most of all, be PROUD of yourself right now, no matter what your weight.
    We are all beautiful women no matter what size!

    Lat night I had cheese and crackers, you know one of those cheese balls! And non salted tops saltines. And tonight when I go to Disneyland after work I plan on power walking to the front gate—skipping the tram ,and then walking back also to the parking structure.
