One thing about troubles at home...I eat less and spend a lot more time out walking. (I even ran a little bit yesterday. It felt fantastic.)

WOW. I knew I wasn't tiny, but I'm horrified at how I looked. I had no idea! Keeping those photos as motivation... Just did some yoga on the Wii Fit because my back was hurting, and it's helped. Funny though, I hadn't used the Wii Fit for 80 days (bad me, I know) and I was actually better at all the exercises. Guess lack of practice makes perfect!

And they give you grapes on the side with a aioli mayo also on the side, and a little scoop of pasta salad with olives diced in it. Not a whole lotta stuff in the salad, just pasta a little dressing and olives –diced up.
