I was ready to climb the walls yesterday evening, but I'm doing a little better today. I think there's definitely something to this notion that refined sugar is physically addictive. I'm really hoping I can go a few more days of relatively healthy eating (overly large quantities, but of mostly healthy foods) and flush some of this out of my system.

Remember that each day is a new day, and that we can't change the past, we can only learn from our mistakes and make better choices tomorrow.

I am really glad that football season is almost over because have you ever tried to watch a football game without chips and dip? It's very hard LOL! As far as the Wii goes, I had no idea they were so pricey. I will make a point to file my taxes a little earlier this year and use the refund for a console. The Wii sounds like it would be a great investment for our weightloss venture. Keep it up, everyone! And put those snacks down...yeah, you....I see you!

We like the Wii Fit, but it's easy to get out of the habit of using it. Just like anything else. I'm kind of craving an apple (crazy, huh?) so I think I'll go get one. Sugar is a big deal for me. I need to cut it out entirely. -Jan

The plate one seemed to be the one with the most premaid, namebrand, generic, and restaurants on it. I will look at the one you listed. I liked the daily plate one also because if there is a recipe you make regularly you can put it together on there and save it - so anytime you have it you just click on it.

Oh, and you can go to http://www.weightview.com, upload a pic, tell them how much you want to lose, and they'll send your photo back, photoshopped, and show you how you'd look!!

Villans, thanks for the website, it looks good Another good site for restaurants and general info is http://www.dwlz.com/restaurants.html Scroll down for the restaurant list. It's in WW points but you can pretty much ignore that if you don't need them.

I bought a Michelina's Lean Gourmet frozen dinner of pizza snacks (like Totino's Pizza Rolls). When I calculated points, it was 4 per serving. However, there were TWO servings per box. So the whole thing was 8 points...which, IMO, was worth it, because even though it wasn't the healthiest of dinners, I was craving something from the junk food category. I did eat an orange before dinner, though.
