I swore I would not buy any new clothes until I am down. I caved at a thrift store that had 50% off day. Got some stretchy jeans for only a couple$. Hang in there folks and thanks for the support. I think you are all awesome.

Not sure, but maybe it would be good for me to give it a try. Wasn't perfect food-wise over the weekend, but I wasn't horrible either. Today I hope to do some kind of exercise. Let's all make this a good week.

We ate a little extra over Christmas but not too bad. The problem was when we got home we kept eating but did not exercise. So hopefully things will go down soon.

I finally let go of my jeans that I could barely get into in Dec 08 as they are now too big/baggy. The interesting thing, for me, that has happened is that I have trimmed up. Not so much with the weight loss as the re gaining of some muscle. Since I HATE exercise I have to give 2 thumbs up to our little Wii for making me do just enough of the exercise mix to make a difference I'm in no way "there" with where I should be, but my slow and steady pace seems to be working and my health is getting better too Have a great day everyone!

I don't have a car during the day, so I would have to walk a couple of miles to get it and then I have to decide if I want to waste my exercise points on a sweet sugary snack and since our weather has been so cold, I just stay put. Don't worry, I have food to eat, just not the sugary sweet stuff that I want. I have fruit, yogurt, 94% ff popcorn. But I'm seeing results on the scale! Need to drink more water today!
