Another big change for me will be in drinking that clear liquid stuff with no taste...water, I think it's called. OMG, I'm going to become a lemon-water drinker. I've already cut back on the beer by drinking Select 55. Kind of proud of myself.
Since I don't like "exercise" I think I'm going to get physical activity in other ways such as working around the house. I did buy a bicycle, so I'll take that for a spin once in awhile.

Just on a side note--my absolute favorite indulgence is sugar free hot chocolate with fat free whipped cream--sounds awful, but its really not--give it a try when you're craving a latte or similar it works out as 2 WW points : )

My fall down is thinkg that I want and deserve it, there for I am eating it. For me, the empowerment is this: Although I do want and deserve it, I deserve the healthy me more as does my DD, so that is the choice I am making.

It helps to be thinking this as I slide on the pants that 8 months ago were way to loose to be worn and now the fit perfectly..ARGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!! Nothing like gaining back 4 pant sizes to be a motivator....

I'm not ashamed at all to post my weight, as I have always been proud to be ME, at any shape or weight.
I just want to be healthy again and fit into all my cute smaller clothes that are sitting in my closet crying for me to take them out and give them a chance to see daylight again. They loved goingto Disneyland. It's the least I can do for them. They are being so patient with me. LOL

As for deserving stuff. Oh, how many times I *rewarded* myself with candy and other sweet treats. It has been a long process to learn that what I deserve is to be healthy and happy. To be able to climb stairs and hike hills without panting.
And I want my DH to be around a few more years too. It is great to do it together.

Oh Lady Starlight, I have been remissfull in my lack of clothing attention (sigh) They are lucky though, as I found them new lives and homes when my somewhat highly conspicuous rear end could no longer slide into them.

We're back to the healthy eating again. It hasn't been that hard. I do want something sweet in the evenings (a side effect of eating treats last month) but have been satisfied with fruit.

I have to buy clothing (including a swimsuit and a dress) for my cruise next month. That is weighing heavily on my mind (pun intended)!

I'm also on a clear liquid diet today preparing for a medical procedure tomorrow. I plan to really jump on the weight loss wagon on Friday, healthy food, exercise, water, and positive thoughts.

Thanks to LS, I am now going to hang a cute little Disneyland NOS T shirt (that I've never quite fit into) in a prominent place in my closet. I'll pay homage to the cotton dyes and sparkly threads that have never seen the light of day. Someday little black shirt, someday.
