I got on the scale and found that I am down a grand total of 7 lbs. now! Woo Hoo! I can't help but think that if I'd done my exercises too, it could have been so much better! But doesn't do any good to kick myself in the pants now. I am really happy that I continued to lose anyway. Good luck all! I'm off to exercise before I lose my incentive!

My daughter is visiting from Seattle and there will be 11, count 'em, eleven people sleeping in my house. That is just sleeping. During the day when everyone else wants to be here there can be as many as 18!!! Then I am leaving for Disneyland for 2 gloreous weeks. I am not worried about gaining weight there and even though there is all that walking; I still do not get the right kind of systematic exercise. So I hope to stay about where I am with a good attitude so when I get home all I will have to do is get the exercise going again.
