    But we just pretty much do not eat park food at all anymore. Usually one meal per trip.
    I have gotten so I do not miss it so that is why I am not worried.

    So I went to water aerobics last night and did my first official wiegh in since starting at the gym on Monday....and since my last weight check in last week, I have dropped 6 pounds..whohoo!! HUGE motivator..smile~

    Journaling. For some reason this keeps me honest.

    ONE glass of wine. I'm usually good about this but sometimes that second glass sneaks in there and all it does is make me fall asleep during whatever is on the TV at 8:30. I don't need those extra calories if I'm not going to enjoy them :)

    4 dark chocolate covered almonds, not 5 or 6, 4!

    OK, now that I'm making my list I'm seeing that there are little things that add up to no weight loss.

    Amazed, I don't want to sound like I am teaching you to suck eggs, but on the water front have you considered buying some 2ltr bottles and drinking from it during the day, that way you know exactly how much you've had :)

    Labuda I love it when my weight loss shows in my clothes, the best feeling was when a pair of pants that were really too tight for me when I started became impossible to wear anymore because they were falling off, lol.

    Well I was naughty at the beginning of the week and it showed in my numbers, I only lost 100 grams this week. I am determined to stay on the wagon now (even though my DS has a packet of chocolate hot cross buns that are teasing me) and get rid of these last 2 kilos I put on over the holidays and go back to where I left off before christmas.
    I did some jogging yesterday, whichis a really big thing for someone who almost had an asthma attack once while running to catch a train, and I felt really good for the rest of the day. It must of pumped up the right endorphines or something.
    I guess it just goes to show that if we keep at it we can make the changes :)

I am currently working my way through bottle 4 of the day (500ml bottle) and as it's my first nightshift I am going to be awake at least another 9 hours, this shift is usually a 3-3.5 ltr day lol
