I have just been given a swift kick in the rear! I am up 1.5lbs and I thought "what the heck???" Then I really thought about what I've eaten this week and man oh man I was NOT anywhere near on the plan I thought I was on. I pulled out my journal from last year and I realize that one of the problems is portion size. I've been eating double the amount of proteins than I thought and well, I could go on all day with what I've been doing wrong. I just thought I should post and say "SHOOT!" Journaling is starting right now!........

It's a measly 100g shy of a kilo but considering I ate cake and ice cream on Valentines Day I'm not complaining Although I'm already a big water drinker I've made an effort to drink more this week so I'm wondering if that has helped with the weight loss? Congratulations to everyone who has had a good week and I'm sending some good vibes to all those who need some extra help. We can all do this, it's just one good choice at a time

I have to do my water consumption on top of my 3 allowed cups of black coffee a day. I can have green or herbal teas as well, so long as there's no fruit in them, but again no contribution to daily amounts, oh and for some reason sparkling water doesn't count either, strange but it works. Tand Water = Fat Melting Juice I really do seem to find that when my water intake is slightly higher (3 instead of 2 - 2.5lts) that I lose more. I am however having a bit of a nightmare this week, I have been 100% on plan, eaten everything I am supposed to, drank 3 litres of water a day, AND taking these detox pills and drops...... And I have gained half a pound?!?!?! I am blaming the pills, hopefully some time suddenly in the next couple of days a few pounds are going to fall off, or I am going to be *pi$$ed* LOL

I pulled out the nutritionist's paperwork and realized that my protein portions had slipped from "palm of the hand, checkbook and baseball" sized to whatever the heck size I felt like! Maybe yesterday I was mentally preparing myself to fully commit. My foods were spot on so I accomplished that. smedley I am SO sorry and feel your frustration about the weight. Maybe it's water weight J/K!!! tand, I think I've read that too. Shoot! but thanks for the reminder. I really am a caffeine aholic. I drink LOTS of coffee. Hmmmm, something else to think about. When I used to do WW, 3 of your daily cups of water could be juice or decaf drinks. I never quite understood the juice idea. So yesterday I thought I'd switch it up and have a cup of herbal or decaf tea for one of my cups of coffee. Yep, you are right I had NO herbal or decaf tea in the house or office. I had fancy teas, green teas, white tea but none that said decaf or no caffeine on the box. Now I have a question. Since I don't have a sense of smell I need a STRONG flavored tea to give it taste. Something with a lot of lemon or zest or kick. Any recommendations for a decaf/no caffeine version/brand of a bold tasting tea?
