I think it's been the "toning" with the Wii that put me over the edge It was a great and VERY surprising feeling. I set out a big bag of pants for donation, I want to get them OUT of the house. I'm hoping I'm out of my blah's today. I worked yesterday and I was just so tired and I think I was hungry but didn't want to eat the calories (NOT a good thing) before dinner!!! I tried carrots but I needed something more. It set me in a bad state. I couldn't get in gear and sent DD's boyfriend out for Taco Bell (Fast food, "Mexican" take out.) I checked and ordered within my points and maybe I just needed a "chill" night. Who knows? Have a great day everyone!

First I had to take my DS to the doctor in the morning for a new prescription, then I came home and tinkered with our internet network that for some reason has stopped allowing Fowleys laptop to connect, then the wreath we ordered for Anzac Day didn't show up in time for tomorrows service so I had to run to the shops and get some flowers, flower foam etc and make a wreath myself from scratch. Phew, I'm tired all over again just typing it. Well at least we have a wreath to lay at the service tomorrow and my Mum was kind enough to say it looks better than the one we ordered. Sounds like we've all been keeping busy and that will help in the long run

Originally Posted By Tandelothien <<Tand, that is really cool that you made your own wreath, I'm impressed!>> Well I was really nervous about it, I can tell you. I didn't want to show up with some dodgy wreath that looked like we were too cheap to buy one, lol. Good luck with the baby shower amazed, cake seems to always come calling for me no matter where I hide

I think you looked great,if your overweight your good at hiding it !!! I wish everyone the best with their weight loss programs, it's not easy, I know there are times when i look at the scale and say YIKES!!!!! but i'm not really supposed to diet because my stomach is a mess, and I have to be careful what I eat, ask Amazed, I'm in line at Pluto's and it's , nope can't eat that, to much spice in that, don't eat salad dressings, I think Dave and I shared a tri tip sandwich, but Amazed was right about her salad it was HUGE, i think all of us could have had some and she would have had plenty left !!!!!!!! LOL

I skipped the ham, bread, butter, chips and other pasta salad I ate 2 small bites of the cake and put my napkin over the top. Helped that I didn't care for it We had pizza for dinner YUM!!!!! but I was thoughtful about how much I was eating. My sister (my cholesterol buddy) was at the shower and we were patting ourselves on our backs about our portions and choices (although she ate her cake and punched me when she saw mine with the napkin over it Today is DD#1's 34th birthday. We are meeting them in Old Town Sacramento for lunch at "Fats"........For a celebration you get a HUGE (about 1/4 pie) slice of banana cream pie! Sigh. There will be 5 of us (we decided a just us and them celebration this year) and sigh, that pie is YUM!!!! Maybe I'll just bring a baggie of carrot sticks for my lunch and ask for a glass of water After a visit at their house we start our road trip I'll be popping in, hopefully with reports that I'm doing well. Unfortunatley (sp?) I've been in that same "meh" as smeds. I am doing OK but not as focused as I've been. murfsmom, I haven't seen momluvs anywhere, I hope she's doing OK. I'm sending you an e mail soon Have a great Sunday everyone!

A veggie omelette, huge sausages, homefries, toast yum ! I figured I did enough funning to earn it. We are headed out for dinner tonight as my sister is leaving town for 4 months. My plan is to try as hard as I can to order a salad and not be tempted by anything else. I need to grow some will power. Good work everyone. I would't worry too much about 'meh' weeks, we need to eat yummy stuff occasionally, just don't get too far off track.

And excellent going amazed! You have a good portion of will power! I usually cave at social functions. There's always so many good foods that I don't normally get to eat and it's right there for the taking. So I take it! But I've been really good lately.

Stick with it Tinkeroon and MP, it will happen for you!

And Mary Poppins...hang in there...I know just what you mean about the weight loss coming to a standstill! Just keep with the walking and the careful eating habits. Good luck!

I'm doing OK, lots of portion control going on and as I know iamsally has mentioned before, there are just some things I can't eat anymore if I don't want to have a tummy upset. There are some gorgeous HUGE croissants, chocolate cakes and pies lurking around here and I am looking at them like they're "poison." Not saying I won't cave but hopefully I'll enjoy it and not regret it. Have a great day everyone!
